We want you to be fully satisfied with your instrument, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all guitars, basses, and accessories in their original condition. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, we are here to help you find the right sound or provide a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Instrument

  Carefully place the guitar or bass in its original factory packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the instrument's condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
