How do you ensure guitars are not damaged during shipping?
We use professional-grade, double-walled boxes and specialized protective internal padding. Every instrument is detuned to relieve neck tension and securely braced to prevent movement during transit.
Do instruments come set up and ready to play?
Yes, every guitar and bass undergoes a multi-point inspection and a professional setup by our in-house luthiers before shipping. This includes adjusting the action, intonation, and checking the electronics.
What is your return policy if I don't like the feel of the instrument?
We offer a 30-day trial period. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund or exchange, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.
Do you offer international shipping?
We currently ship to over 50 countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new instruments include the full manufacturer's warranty. Additionally, Guitars & Bass provides a one-year limited warranty on craftsmanship and electronics for added peace of mind.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. As soon as your instrument leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real-time.
